Winter Goals

Well what are my vague winter goals when I am thinking about my winter training

1. Loose weight, currently at 166lbs, want to be around 155lbs
2. Improve climbing confidence and ability (until doing some tempo rides with other club mates recently I would of not even tried to maintain 400watts up a hill for any length of time)
3. Maintain a good base of miles (not get ill, or come off in ice!)
4. Improve my wattage on longer rides (need to be more specific)
